PECAN SMOKED FIG - rich, smoky and woodsy, this syrup is reminiscent of winter campfires in the Texas Hill Country. Cocktail recipe suggestion: Bourbon Cowboy: Pecan Smoked Fig Syrup Bourbon, Blood Orange Juice, Egg White. Shake vigorously
Juniper - This tonic syrup is brewed with real juniper berries and cinchona bark that add a woodsy finish, like a winter hike through the Texas woodlands. Limestone canyons and green hillsides of the Texas Hill Country are home to an abundant evergreen, the Ashe Juniper tree, known to Texas as "mountain cedar." Add this to your favorite sparkling water or pair it with a light gin or vodka for a clean crisp cocktail!
Our family began making all natural homemade tonic syrup in 2015, when there were few affordable options that didn't contain high fructose corn syrup or synthetic ingredients. We decided to experiment using locally sourced ingredients that are native and/or abundant to the South Texas region. What started as a passion project quickly evolved into an opportunity to share our unique flavors with the world. We use whole spices, all natural fruits and herbs, as well as pure cane sugar. Cheers from our family to yours! We hope you enjoy! - McChesney Family
