Pulparindo Mango

Pulparindo is made from the pulp of the tamarind fruit and flavored with a combination of sugar, salt and chili peppers. This gives the treat a simultaneously sweet, spicy and salty blend of flavor. The spiciness of this snack is representative of a preference for spicy snacks in Mexico.
